HIGH SCHOOL
From Ball Ground, Ga., English looks to continue her success at Middle Creek High School at the collegiate level. English helped guide Middle Creek to a state championship in 2024 while being named to the all-county first team and the all-region first team. At the 2024 state tournament, English was stellar as she posted a .550 batting average in the Elite Eight portion of the bracket while also hitting a home run and driving home five. Heading into the 2024 season, English was named a top 100 player in the state of Georgia by Extra Inning Elite. English was also selected to play in the GADC All-State games, which were played in Truist Park, home of the Atlanta Braves, on Nov. 9, 2024. Along with her softball success, English is an accomplished athlete on the track as she is a shot put county champion and a runner-up in the discus. Additionally, English is an Honor Roll student, a recipient of the Key Scholar Award and was the vice president of the National Arts Society at her high school.
